Job Title: Sky Zone Team Member

Position Overview: We’re looking for a bright, friendly, and energetic Team Member to join our Sky Zone park staff. In this role, you’ll create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages. You’ll be the face of the park—greeting visitors, assisting with attractions, and ensuring everyone has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service

Monitor attractions to ensure safety rules are followed at all times

Explain park guidelines and assist guests with questions or concerns

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

Assist with check-in, waivers, and ticketing as needed

Support birthday parties, group events, and special activities

Work collaboratively with teammates to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Positive attitude and ability to engage with guests of all ages

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to stay attentive and enforce safety rules consistently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment

Preferred Qualities:

Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus

Work Environment: This role involves being on your feet for extended periods, moving around the park, and occasionally lifting or assisting with equipment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
