This is a full-time Hybrid Financial Services Professional role located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The right individual will be provided with endless resources and industry-leading training to help ensure their career goals are attainable. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, life protection, disability coverage, retirement planning, and providing financial services to clients. All candidates have defined opportunities for career advancement. Having an MBA will automatically qualify the candidate for a Fast-Track to Partner contract. This is an opportunity to have an expedited path to management for a Fortune 100 company. Responsibilities: • Discipline to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself • Develop and implement tailored financial plans using our array of services while considering each client’s financial needs and life circumstances • Work with each client to collect personal financial information, including status, cash flow, and expectations for documentation in our CRM • Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional • Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals Qualifications: • Willing to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6/7 and Series 63 within first year (study materials and exam fees are provided by the company) • Constant, relentless desire to learn new skills and gain new licenses/designations • Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required • Required to effectively network to identify potential new clients Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000
