The Bob House And Reel N Tavern is seeking enthusiastic Salad Station Cooks and Line Cooks to join our vibrant kitchen team in Moultonborough, NH. If you have a passion for food and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh ingredients to ensure high-quality dishes.

Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.

Adapt to changing menu items and special requests with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Flexibility to work evenings & weekends.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
