Nonprofit professional association seeking Manager of Business Development to join its team. The organization's current revenue is ~$5M and its primary revenue source is from program services.  The Manager of Business Development is responsible for supporting initiatives to foster sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with donors.

The Manager of Business Development will target new customers while cultivating existing partners and corporate donors to ensure satisfaction with the organization's programs and sponsorship opportunities. The Manager of Business Development will assist with developing and implementing strategies to retain past and current partners/sponsors, identify and solicit prospective partners/sponsors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
• 3-5 years proven sales experience in a related product or service
