    Job Description

    Operations Coordinator Location: New York

    Job Summary:

    We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person to join our team as a operations coordinator. The operations coordinator will be instrumental to Seen Media’s development and will assist in various facets of day-to-day operations. This role will be required to work on site with our warehouse team sporadically throughout the week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with our operations and warehouse team to ensure daily and weekly operations

      are maintained and assist with any platform rollouts.

    • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of photos for proof-of-performance.

    • Maintain complete records of all copies installed, Including but not limited to logging all

      tracking for products being shipped and received and ensure all information is up to

      date.

    • Coordinate work with subcontractors to ensure timely copy and inventory installation and

      removals.

    • Ensure that artwork is received on-time and coordinate with printers

    • Coordinate the delivery of materials to the facility.

    • Manage location lists for all sites across the country and ensure all information is

      updated in a timely manner with accuracy.

    • Respond to project requests and problem solve with urgency in real time.

    • Coordinate travel arrangements for all vendors

    • Support operations and warehouse team with various projects

    • Responsible for managing and auditing data and information needed to keep our

      productions running smoothly.

      Qualifications:

    • Strong leadership attributes with the ability to work independently and manage relationships

      in a high volume/pace environment

    • Highly organized and pays attention to detail

    • Maintain accurate records of all operations forms and communicate any discrepancies or

      needs in a timely fashion.

    • 1 - 2 years of data management, finance, or related experience.

    • Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills focused on

      achieving business results.

    • Knowledge of out-of-home media and advertising industry

    • Cooperative and professional manner when speaking/meeting with internal and external

      customers and vendors. Can handle all matters with a sense of urgency.

    • Positive attitude, responsive, willing to help others and contribute to the success of the team

      as a whole.

    • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines

    •  Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    •  Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    • Other assigned duties as directed by operations team

    Other Requirements: •Must be professional in appearance and manner and be multi-task oriented and be able to communicate clearly, comprehensively and with complete personal and professional integrity. •Good organizational skills, willingness to take initiative, and self-motivated. •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills •Analytical/problem-solving skills •Ability to prioritize/handle assignments and deadlines •Self-motivated with at least 1-2 years of professional work experience (preferably in the operations field). •Ability to handle the tasks associated with a fast-paced advertising environment
