    Position Summary

    As our Sales Representative for the region, your mission is to lead Seibold Security's expansion into the financial institution market. You will source, nurture, close, and retain customers and contacts within your territory, and continuously develop and grow your customer and revenue base.

    Your mission is to build a strong client base in the area through your sourcing and consultative sales efforts.

    This Position Requires:

    • Solid track record (3-5 years) of sales achievement in solution-oriented, consultative sales, preferably with financial institutions.
    • First class communication and presentation skills.
    • High level of initiative, energy, and desire to succeed.
    • Technical aptitude including the ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate technical information to clients.
    • Broad interest in the security industry and in the business(es) of our clients.
    • Willingness/ability to travel locally (within the ? area), and overnight on occasion.

    Preferred, but not required:

    • Bachelor's degree.

Our presentations are more like question-and-answer sessions in which we try to get to the bottom of our clients' needs and uncover opportunities to add value. By establishing a spirit of partnership with your prospects, you'll be able to convert small sales into full-scale solutions, establish long term relationships, obtain referrals, and, consequently, grow revenues within your territory.
