Seidel Schroeder, a regional CPA firm, is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Katy, Texas office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
· Must have aptitude to learn new applications and perform work electronically.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software including Word, Outlook and Adobe.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-pace atmosphere.
· Ability to help with accounting tasks.
· Organize and maintain files, while ensuring confidentiality of records
· Assist with filing, copying, faxing, and processing of paperwork.
· Assist with answering phone call and assisting client’s needs.
· Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
· Must have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks & pay close attention to detail.
· Be dependable
· Professional demeanor and appearance.
· Ability to follow directions, guidelines and policies.
