Job Description

• Monitor progress of in-production components to ensure on time delivery per quality standards
• Maintain excel spreadsheets to track progress of active orders
• Run SAP reports to track progress of active orders
• Attend/Participate in regular Production status meetings and ensure any open action items are addressed/resolved in a timely manner
• Create deliveries through SAP for completed components and communicate to concerned parties
• Learn and apply knowledge gathered through hands on experience in manufacturing & engineering
• Research pricing, procurement status, material master data integrity discrepancies
• Supports & responds to requests from other Service Order Management Team Members and attend team meetings
• Adhere to all Environment, Health and Safety Guidelines
• Timely response within given tight timeframes
• High accuracy of data output
• Optimization of reporting methods
• Timely processing of customer orders and inquiries
• Drive timely input from all stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associates Degree, Jr. College Level Student working towards Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Management Systems, related fields
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) would be beneficial but isn't required
• Extensive MS Excel experience including macro and pivot creation, good MS standard software knowledge
