Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• No safety violations resulting in action

• Thorough knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems.

• Possess or demonstrate advanced ability in Microsoft Products

o Excel

o PowerPoint and Word

o OneDrive

o SharePoint

o Teams/Skype for Business

• Possess or demonstrate ability in MS Access

• Possess or demonstrate ability to learn SharePoint Design

• Ability to perform software training and create documentation for technical processes

• Ability to identify and solve computer hardware/software problems.

• Be available by phone to respond to call-ins for service.

• Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and record keeping skills

• Experience with general Android and iOS support.

• Basic network communications knowledge

o Experience with Fiber Optic and Ethernet cables

o Understanding Network Design
