Job Title: Contract Administrator - Procurement
Location: Lake Forest, IL
Duration: 5+ Months contract(With possible extension)
Shift: 8Am to 5Pm

Job Description:
Preferred educational background:

• Completed bachelor’s in business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or another technical field
• Master’s Degree a plus
• Certification from ISM or APICS is preferred
• Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma manufacturing concepts is a plus

Preferred experiential background:

• 2-5 years of experience in procurement
• Strong business analytics and reporting skills
• Broad experience with ERP software
• Strong verbal and written customer services skills, including engagement with management if required
• Procurement skills including contracting, negotiations, and supplier relationship management
• Experience achieving KPIs such as savings target, cycle time reductions, etc.
• Ability to identify a problem, work with extended team to frame it, determine root cause, drive to potential solutions, and build and present a business case
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
