Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests and help create a positive and fun atmosphere
• Ensure guests have an accurate expectation of the experience prior to entering
• Check tickets and ensure experience is operated in a safe manner
• Direct guest to autograph signing by more than 50 NFL stars
• Direct guests to visit the Vince Lombardi trophy
• Assist children learn the game skills at Youth Football
• Complete daily sales reconciliation as required
• Assist with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency
• Ensure emergency exits are kept clear of garbage and debris
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years’ experience in the retail/tourism/hospitality industry preferred
• Availability to work a variety of shifts during Super Bowl Week
