WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENERGETIC, TEAM-ORIENTED BILINGUAL (ENGLISH AND SPANISH) STAFFING ASSISTANT TO JOIN OUR PORTLAND SELECT TEAM!

AS A STAFFING ASSISTANT, YOU WILL:

• Maintain associate's application records
• Communicate via phone, email, and in-person with applicants and clients
• Create job postings on various online job boards
• Follow HR compliance policies when onboarding new associates
• General office tasks

IDEAL STAFFING ASSISTANT HAS:

• Previous customer service or recruiting experience
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to implement feedback and eager to learn more
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
