The Screening Specialist will join our Talent Acquisition team to support our strategic recruiting goals. This role will be the first representative from SelectQuote to speak with external applicants and communicate our brand and growth story.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Screen a high volume of candidates for potential fit with the company against job requirements
- Be the point of contact for all external candidates for various jobs from the time they apply to the time the screen is successfully completed
- Ensure candidates are moved through the screening process in a timely manner while maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Notate all communication with candidate (phone, text and email) and updates in our applicant tracking system
- All other duties as assigned

- Ability to hit aggressive quotas in a self-driven repetitive environment

- Fast learner who is career minded and seeks additional responsibility as earned
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of high volume sales/customer service phone experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office & G Suite
