Job Description

Our client is looking for a SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER to automate manual test procedures and conduct formal reviews of software with peers. This is a 6 MONTH TEMP TO PERM contract position located near San Diego, CA. RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Develop software in LabVIEW and Test Stand
• Software development and test methodology experience
• Creating and automating test plans and test procedures
• Automate manual test procedures by interfacing with test equipment and the device under test
• Have formal reviews of software with peers, document and release the controlled software package

  PREFERRED:  

• Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance
• Experience with RF parametric testing

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Bachelors in BSEE, CSE
• 8+ years of experience in LabView
• US Citizenship required
• Up to 10% Travel required
