Selection Massale is looking for a salesperson in New York City. Selection Massale is looking to expand our sales team in New York City. Selection Massale is an importer that self-distributes in NY and also represents domestic wines. We have grown our book significantly in recent years and are in search of a self-motivated, hard-working, communicative individual to join the team. This is a full time position which involves a sales territory in NYC representing wines and spirits from France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Canada, Hungary, Ecuador, and the United States from over 65 producers. Main Responsibilities Include: - Maintaining relationships with accounts - Opening new accounts - Sales calls to shops and restaurants - In store tastings/ events at least 2x/ week - Providing support during market visits - Attending a monthly sales meeting An Ideal Candidate will Have the Following Qualifications: - Sales experience in the NY market - Organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills - A working knowledge of natural wines and wine + spirits in general - Computer skills necessary to navigate business software and email efficiently This full time position pays approximately $55,000 in commissions with the potential to make more as the sales territory grows, as well as for bonuses.
