EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY:

Selective Investigations is seeking an experienced Surveillance/SIU Manager to work at our headquarters in Pompano Beach, FL. Responsible for managing an assistant, field investigators, and client communications. Great opportunity for someone with leadership skills, good work ethic, and desire to advance as company grows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field with at least (3) years of insurance claims investigative experience. Experience as an SIU/Surveillance Manager or any combination of education and experience demonstrating the competencies necessary to perform the essential job functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Intake of assignments from clients
• Review pre-surveillance work ups and assign to investigators
• Daily communication and management of field investigators (Early mornings, evenings & weekends)
• Monitor the status and quality of each investigation to ensure quality results
• Review and process daily updates to clients (Verbal/Written)
• Process surveillance video
• Edit reports
• Billing
• Approve payroll & expenses
• Hiring / Terminations
• Client growth & retention

REQUIREMENTS:

• Leadership skills
• Management experience
• Surveillance experience
• SIU experience
• Florida C license
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
• Integrity
• Able to act quickly and decisively
• Ability to make sound judgements
• Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook
• Knowledge of camera equipment
