RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• +++ Bilingual in Spanish / English -- Fluently ++++
• Customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task and navigate simultaneously between screens and Internet
• Strong work ethics and ability to work independently
• Solid problem solving skills
• Good attendance and punctual
• Ability to learn quickly, think quickly and have a positive mature attitude
