    Self-Perform Project Manager

    Seattle, WA

    Join a local, employee-owned commercial general contractor that could use your expertise in commercial Project Management. They’re looking for a Self-Perform Project Manager to oversee the drywall, concrete, and framing operations, managing both the field execution and financial performance of self-perform scopes.

    This position serves as the primary connection between field teams and general contractors, driving productivity, quality, and budget adherence. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial construction, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts from preconstruction through project closeout.

    Self-Perform Project Manager Responsibilities:

    • Lead drywall self-perform operations across all phases of construction on multiple job sites.
    • Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and project execution plans.
    • Handle cost tracking, billing, change orders, and invoice approvals.
    • Keep all project documentation accurate, organized, and up to date.
    • Maintain open communication with internal field leaders and GC project teams.
    • Anticipate and resolve project challenges to keep work on track.
    • Facilitate regular jobsite check-ins and project status meetings.
    • Champion safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering team collaboration.

    Self-Perform Project Manager Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Highly organized and focused on achieving goals and deadlines.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with field teams, office staff, and client representatives.

    Compensation: $110K - $175K (DOE) salary
