Job Summary: Work one on one with individuals that are developmentally disabled to encourage and foster independent living.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist with community inclusion -Transport to/from activities -Teach daily living skills such as cooking and cleaning -Assist with basic hygienic tasks -Implement behavior support strategies as stated in the ISP -Accurately document activities -Communicate effectively to guardians, family, and team leaders/Supervisors -Schedule, transport, and attend medical appointments. -Assist with medication administration

Qualifications:

-High school diploma/GED -Clean background check -Valid driver's license -Vehicle insurance -Personal vehicle that you're willing to use to transport individuals we serve
