Be creative, we are looking for someone who is willing to step out of their comfort zone. Here's who you are: Detail-oriented, diligent, reliable, friendly and sales savvy. Driven by commission and the need to close a sale. Intuitively good with numbers and understanding home valuations with the ability to identify a good deal! Previous lead and database management experience a plus. You should be comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly! The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and closing the sales with integrity and customers in mind. $30,000 Salary + Commission (Total Expected $65,000 -$144,000) Responsibilities: Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Send texts and make cold calls to develop new leads with company dialer • Have the mindset to want more financially • Negotiate by phone email to negotiate a win/win solution for both parties • Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections • Ability to work part-time weekends only to contact hot incoming leads Qualifications: Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • 2+ Years of sales experience • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proven track record of successful negotiations with sellers • Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals • Confidence talking to someone you are meeting the first time like you have been lifelong friends HERE'S WHAT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD LOOK LIKE: • Must have a great attitude and be coachable • Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Minimum 2 years of business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record) • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented • Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” that wants to serve, and add value • Must be a great manager of time, and be able to work autonomously from home • Must be a “People Person” • Must be somewhat tech-savvy and familiar with online apps/tools such as Google Docs, Dropbox, CRM, Dialers, Microsoft Office etc. • Must live in Sacramento/ SF Bay Area Markets Compensation: up to $65,000 -$144,000
