Responsibilities: • In this role, you will leverage your enterprising mindset and industry expertise to identify and acquire promising real estate investment opportunities • From cultivating strategic partnerships to facilitating successful deals, your contributions will be integral to our continued growth, primarily conducted through online channels and networks • Facilitate the sale of acquired real estate properties to investing parties and potential buyers through various online platforms, including Facebook, online marketplaces, client networks, email campaigns, and more • Negotiate and evaluate offers to maximize profitability on each transaction • Conduct proactive outreach to discover new investment opportunities and engage with potential buyers • Market properties to prospective clients, coordinating virtual property showings with on-the-ground team members • Oversee the entire disposition process, continuously improving deal closure procedures to expedite transaction velocity • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients for future deal opportunities, expanding our client prospect lists through various communication channels • Stay informed about current market conditions to inform strategic decision-making • Objectives include managing and closing 5-10 transactions monthly, with a ramp-up period of 30-45 days Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients • Resilient, competitive, and coachable mindset • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities • Self-motivated with a drive for success • Passion for negotiation, deal-making, and sales • Proficiency in digital communication platforms and tools • Prior experience in real estate acquisition or transaction coordination is advantageous Compensation: $76,000 at plan
