The Role
Two segments available:
Enterprise Account Executive
• 500 to 5,000 employee organizations
• $100K to $200K average deal size
• 3 to 6 month sales cycles
• $900K to $1M quota
• 50 to 75 primarily net new accounts
Strategic Account Executive
• 5,000+ employee organizations
• $250K+ average deal size
• 6 to 12 month sales cycles
• $1M to $1.2M quota
• 20 named accounts, majority net new
This is a true hunting role.
Pipeline generation is expected.
What You Will Do
• Create and convert high value pipeline
• Penetrate complex organizations
• Multi thread executive stakeholders
• Run disciplined deal strategy
• Win competitive six and seven figure deals
• Consistently hit or exceed quota

Compensation & Benefits
Enterprise OTE
• $120-130k base/$240K to $260K+
• Senior Enterprise profiles up to $300K+
Strategic OTE
• $175k base/$350K+
