Responsibilities: • Guide potential sellers through our sales process, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience. • Serve as the first point of contact for potential sellers, building strong rapport and trust. • Communicate effectively with sellers to transform marketing functions into acquisition opportunities. • Extract and analyze essential information to evaluate deals accurately and efficiently. • Maintain detailed and organized records of all communications and transactions. • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our sales process and customer experience. • Provide clear and actionable advice to sellers, empowering them to make informed decisions about their property sales. Qualifications: • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in RESimpli CRM preferred and Microsoft Office • Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure • Proficient in data entry and research • 1-3 years of service, sales, and/or management experience • 3-5 years of administrative experience Deliverables • Mastery of Sales Process • Achieve a live answer rate exceeding 95% • Follow up with all incoming leads within 1 minute • Maintain a contact-to-lead rate of over 80% for new leads • Report daily 2-way conversations • Maintain a lead to appointment rate over 72% • Record outbound attempts (categorized by phone and SMS) • Record outbound contacts made and appointments set • Record appointments reset or resurrected If you are a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.
