You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Answer direct connection lead calls, and show buyers homes • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Work alongside provided transaction coordinator • Attend weekly team meetings Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Licensed Real Estate Agent Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 commission based
