Responsibilities: Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Contact and follow up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Self-motivation and drive Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience preferred Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000
