    The Director of Operations (DOO) is a key Protector of the culture and growing expansion of the business. This manager is the master of systems and training. The DOO is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the team in achieving greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader/manager within the organization. This individual will be responsible for assisting in hiring, training, and leading the operations team members to ensure all administrative tasks are progressing and focusing on helping move the business forward in a positive and efficient manner. Compensation: • Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 • Bonus opportunity • Growth opportunities • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Helps build, implement, and improve all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing • Support all members of the team, from agents to support staff • Oversee all company marketing with the Marketing Director • Track sales and oversee all ROI tracking systems • Assist in Onboarding and training new agents on systems and team processes • Training and supporting team on all systems, procedures, and technology • Build team relationships and culture to keep the team engaged and support high retention • Hold the operations team accountable to goals and objectives, providing support, mentoring, and coaching on a regular basis • Assist in conducting weekly team meetings • Assist with team lead generation systems and recruiting systems • Track, audit, and edit KPIs to ensure team success • Support and care for all team members to ensure they are reaching their goals and being successful Qualifications: • Must have a strong background in leadership • Team-oriented and passionate about making others feel comfortable and helping them to succeed • Systematic and procedural-driven • Good time management skills • Outstanding communication • Resourceful and hardworking • Proactive • Massively accountable to team members, will always follow up after meetings and schedule the next ones • Proven ability to succeed • Dedicated and never late Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
