This candidate will have a leadership position within the office and be primarily responsible for bringing in top talent and supporting the existing team. We’re in search of a detail-oriented real estate office manager to oversee our daily operations, supervise administrative staff, and ensure our business runs effectively. You’ll be responsible for assisting with contracts, recruiting agents, and scheduling and performing team meetings. Responsibilities: • Recruit, and onboard agents • Train, mentor, and nurture agents • Generate timely sales reports • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals • Secure and maintain mortgage and title affiliates for the office • Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue • Contribute ideas to the creation of promotional material • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly • Hold on or offsite team events • Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help • Provide contract assistance to agents • Manage employees and ensure office protocols are followed Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred • 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience preferred • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems Be an important part of a pleasant work environment where you will be interacting with great people and able to enjoy fun perks such as having your birthday off!
