    Job Description

    CAMPAIGN MANAGER - NORTH ANDOVER, MA

    We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Campaign Manager to join our team in North Andover, MA. The Campaign Manager will set up and execute online campaigns utilizing proprietary Semcasting data. The proper candidate will grow in this role, expanding responsibilities into additional facets of the business. We are ideally seeking candidates that aspire to learn and grow skills in account management and data science.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement, manage, and optimize display, native and video buys in various DSPs (e.g. The Trade Desk, Roku, Xandr, Amobee, DV360, Facebook).
    • Learn and champion new digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific requirements.
    • Prepare reports/analysis/counts/lists/display inventory and be able to communicate findings and how they will meet campaign objectives
    • Manage campaign goals and measurement, such as scale, ramp-up time, creative used, and cost per conversion
    • Maintain knowledge of ad technology buying platforms and analytics tools
    • Create and present client-facing collateral to support media planning cycles
    • Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities, and enhancements in the programmatic space
    • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
    • Implement online display programs in an RTB environment on behalf of clients
    • Work with sales and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are achieving internal goals
    • Identify and recommend opportunities to upsell and renew existing business
    • Grow strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • B.A. or B.S. degree
    • 2-4 years Ad Ops and client service experience with multiple ad servers involving multiple tactics is desirable.
    • Passion to help grow and scale accounts; Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities is key.
    • Strong quantitative skills and aptitude; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint a requirement
    • Experience with DSPs, including The Trade Desk, Xandr and Roku, is a plus.
    • Candidate should have high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation in trouble-shooting campaign issues.
    • Team player able to problem solve and be resourceful with minimal guidance
    • Start-up experience is a plus
