About the Role:

Join Up Closets of North Cincinnati as a Semi Truck Mechanic and be a vital part of our dedicated team! We are looking for skilled mechanics to ensure our fleet operates at peak performance while enjoying a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on semi trucks and trailers.

Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Replace worn or defective parts to maintain vehicle functionality.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.

Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in truck maintenance.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Proven experience as a semi truck mechanic or similar role.

Strong knowledge of diesel engines and electrical systems.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
