Semper Home Loans, a RI mortgage lender is currently seeking a System Administrator. The System Administrator will help manage all network and administrative technology systems and support the integration of technology at all levels. Responsible for maintenance and support of all network infrastructure, both wired and wireless, as well as maintenance and support of a VOIP phone system. EXPERIENCE WITH ENCOMPASS360 IS A HUGE PLUS. The System Administrator will report directly to the CIO and collaborate with other System Administrators. Responsibilities: • Network Servers: Microsoft Server, FreeBSD servers • Network Systems: Active Directory (Azure Hybrid) • Phone System: VOIP • Network Security: Cisco ASA Firewall • Network Clients: IOS, Android, Some Windows • Networking Related Protocols. • Multiple ISP Connections. • Network Printers: Canon copiers • Wireless Phones: iPhones and Android phones. • Configure & install new hardware including but not limited to networking equipment and network cabling • Manage, monitor, and maintain network UPS battery backup units at each switch location • Plan & perform upgrades and/or repairs of existing desktop, laptop, server, and network hardware • Keep all constituents informed of any planned outages or service interruptions • Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on network, phone, and computer systems Qualifications: • Formal College Degree or equivalent career experience. • Encompass360 Loan Origination System (A Plus!) • Advanced Excel and Database Expertise a plus • Office365 Enterprise Experience preferred • Ability to analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action. • Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences. • Ability to interact with users in a professional, cooperative, and courteous manner. Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly
