    SUMMARY

    Under the general direction of the Call Center Manager, the Appointment Setting Team performs converts warm leads into appointments and a variety of phone and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will enjoy sales, is motivated by hard work and high earning potential, dedicated, and a team player. In addition, they will have a high attention to detail and a genuine care to their work craft. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of business ethics.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Call prospects and start up conversations with decision makers on the first contact
    • Coordinate telephone/Email/Text/Chat scheduling and appointments
    • Answer assigned social media responsibility and messages promptly
    • Accurately enter data into SalesForce
    • Accurately ascertain and record all lead sources (web/radio/word of mouth, etc.)
    • Advanced problem solving
    • Accurately add events to Salesforce calendar
    • Other tasks as requested by management

     

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management and follow-up skills required
    • Ability to manage long term relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors
    • High level of organization and professionalism
    • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations
    • Solution-minded, always looking for ways to improve efficiency, communication, and the customer experience
    • Ability to follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision
    • Foresight and desire to take initiative to achieve desired results
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask

    EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Solar, Roofing, PC, Customer Support, or Sales experience highly preferred
    • Advanced Microsoft Skills:  Excel, Word, Outlook
    • Proven ability to multi-task and execute both inbound and outbound communication with efficiency
    • Ability to learn and apply new software & programs
    • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
