REMOTE - WORK FROM HOME POSITION

Semper Solaris, the fastest growing leader in the Residential Roofing, Solar Installation, and HVAC industry, is looking for organized and motivated California based Remote Customer Experience Representative to join our team. Our company is rapidly growing with several locations expanding across California. SUMMARY Under the general direction of the Sales Development Manager, Your role will be to follow up with our customers once their project is completed, in order to elicit feedback on how their experience was with our company. You will also be attempting to elicit positive Social Media Reviews, Referrals for return business, and possibly schedule follow up appointments for in home testimonials.

The ideal candidate will be conversationally articulate and computer literate with previous customer service experience. They will be a team player who is also comfortable accurately gathering feedback, and reporting it to our executive team. They will be polished, professional and have strong organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent Semper Solaris with a positive helpful attitude
• Managing and Sending Reports
• Accurately gauge customer’s satisfaction with project/process
• Take detailed notes, making sure to include customer’s own words
• Generate goodwill for the company in the form of 5-star reviews and referrals.
• Navigate Salesforce reports
• Utilize conflict management skills and escalate issues as needed
• Display an approachable confidence while talking to customers and assisting
• them throughout their project.
• Perform other duties and tasks as needed

GOALS

• 25 Exit Call Reports per week
• 35+ Call Attempts per day
• 7+ Reviews Elicited per week
