SEMPER SOLARIS -DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Correctly disposition Lead Objects in Salesforce with advanced problem solving
• Identify and flag potential Lead Objects for call backs
• Confirm correct processing of cancellations and reschedules from assigned Lead Objects view in Salesforce
• Audit Grasshopper to ensure all missed calls have been contacted.
• Audit messaging services to ensure all texts have been responded to.
• Audit assigned Lead Object view in Salesforce to ensure no duplicates, marketing “or any other potentially non converting Lead Object exists in the Salesforce view
• Listen to call recordings, review emails and SMS to determine correct Lead Object status
• Maintain product and process knowledge equal to Call Center Appointment Setters
• Determine the need to escalate to management, any call, message or situation that resulted in a poor internal or external customer experience

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of Call Center experience
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce
• Basic understanding of CRM
