    SALES SUPPORT AGENT

    SUMMARY

    Under the general direction of the Call Center Supervisor, the call center team converts warm leads into appointments to drive business for our Sales department. The Call Center Agent schedules consultation appointments from Solar, Roofing, HVAC or Battery inquiries and performs a variety of phone and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will enjoy sales, have a passion for serving others, and be excited for uncapped earning potential!

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Call prospects and start up conversations with decision makers
    • Answer all incoming calls, return missed calls/voice mails, answer emails, chats and texts, and respond to inquiry emails promptly and with the upmost respect
    • Schedule appointments via email/phone/text
    • Accurately enter data into Excel and Salesforce
    • Accurately ascertain and record all lead sources (web/radio/word of mouth, etc.)
    • Must be a creative problem solver
    • Must have great enthusiasm with fast and efficient computer skills
    • Other tasks as requested by management

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must
    • Microsoft Excel: Able to organize, format and calculate data with formulas
    • Microsoft Outlook: Able to compose, send, and organize email
    • Microsoft Word: Able to create, edit and design various type of documents using different styles, layouts and media
    • Salesforce experience a PLUS
    • Ability to schedule meetings, manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
    • Ability to learn and apply new software & programs
    • Ability to make quick and accurate system data entries
