As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our potential customers on the incentives they are entitled in the state for going solar, ensuring their satisfaction, and building strong relationships face to face. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries in a face-to-face manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and government incentives. • Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. • Educate customers face-to-face on renewable energy. • Meet with the team to come up with new ideas. Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • High school diploma; some college is a plus. Compensation: $87,000 - $124,000 yearly
