    Job Description

    We are seeking a Solar Appointment Setter to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Knock in a designated area set by Area Manager (AM)
    • Respond to all communications (emails, texts, phone calls, etc.) within at least 24 hours
    • Report all setting numbers to the assigned Area manager on a daily basis by days end.
    • Come to work with a positive attitude
    • Be coachable
    • Any insubordinate behavior to the AM will result in being sent home with no pay and an official write up.
    • Reach personal setting quotas each day and each week
    • 20 good qualified conversations per day
    • 1 set/appointment per day

    6 QUALIFIED APPOINTMENTS PER WEEK CONTAINING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

    1. Customer name
    2. Customer address
    3. Customer phone
    4. Customer email
    • Confirm appointment with Scheduling Department
    • Set made with 7 days preferable with 24 to 48 hours
    • Must learn and follow script from Standard Operating Model (SOM)
    • Other pertinent information (ex: gate code both decision makers present and what interests them in solar)

    BONUS STRUCTURE BASED ON DEALS BOOKED LAST MONTH, THIS WILL BE RESET EVERY SINGLE MONTH.

    (EVERY MONTH)

    • ● $180 base incentive
    • ● 5-deals - $210
    • ● 8-deals - $250
    • ● 13-deals - $320
    • ● Plus $25 per PR

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Utilize the Spotio, Tsheets, Hangouts app to track all setting activity
    • Must have a minimum of reliable transportation, and use of a smartphone (power pack suggested)
    • Average of 32 hours a week over the first 6 months
    • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job
    • Follow Senergy Handbook & Dress Code
    • Must maintain a minimum of 40% sit percentage (if below will be put on an action plan by AM)
    • Don’t ever miss a day of work unless:
    • You are sick (let your area manager know as soon as possible)
    • If You need to take a leave of absence (give your Area manager and HR 2 weeks
    • notice before a leave of absence)
    • Rests are only to be utilized after being clocked on for at least 2 hours.
    • Lunches are to be used after 4-6 hour shift day.
    • In order to be considered for any promotion must be meeting all requirements in SOM &
    • Senergy Handbook
    • Compensation:
    • $15/hour - 30 hours per week maximum plus 6 hours max of meeting time per week -
    • Use T-sheets for tracking hours
    • Clock in: dropping your first pin of the day
    • Clock out: dropping your last pin of the day
