W2 Role: Hiring: Senior Big Data / AWS Administrator Location: Onsite – St. Louis, MO

We are looking for a Senior Big Data / AWS Administrator with 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure. If you have deep expertise in AWS, Hadoop, Kafka, and modern DevOps practices, we'd love to connect!

🔹 Key Responsibilities ✅ Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure AWS infrastructure ✅ Administer AWS services including EC2, S3, EMR, EKS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and Lambda. ✅ Manage and optimize Hadoop ecosystems (HDFS, YARN, Hive, HBase, Spark). ✅ Install, configure, and maintain Apache Kafka clusters for high-performance streaming. ✅ Build and automate infrastructure using Terraform/CloudFormation. ✅ Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate administrative tasks using Python/Shell scripting. ✅ Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure platform security & high availability.

🔹 Required Skills ✔️ 10+ years of System Administration experience ✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Big Data & Cloud platforms ✔️ Strong AWS Administration expertise ✔️ Hadoop Administration (HDFS, Hive, Spark, YARN) ✔️ Apache Kafka Administration ✔️ Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) ✔️ CI/CD, Automation, Monitoring & Performance Tuning ✔️ Agentic AI experience is a plus.
