    Join our Customer Experience revolution as we partner with global brands in building software and AI-powered services that generate true value, guided by customer usage and author-centric simplicity. As part of the AEM Co-Innovation Engineering (ACE) team, you’ll play a critical role in evolving the Adobe Experience Manager product based on real customer needs, hands-on collaboration, and AI-first innovation.

    What You’ll Do

    • Guide: As a Senior AEM Engineer you will act as an authoritative technical voice possessing deep expertise with AEM architectural concepts and best practices, able to guide our customers towards enhancing value realization.
    • Innovate: Demonstrate your strong customer leadership experience, hands-on AEM expertise, and AI-first mentality, to collaborate with our most strategic customers to build innovative product features that then become candidates for general availability based on measured value.
    • Envision : Through engaging to deeply understand a customer’s business use cases and value metrics, you will use your knowledge of the latest AEM technologies and early access features to discover new opportunities to drive measurable value.
    • Experiment: In collaboration with customer teams, you will develop technical proof-of-concepts and leverage AI experimentation to assess and validate business value outcomes.
    • Communicate: Engage with and communicate recommendations to executive and senior client leadership teams.
    • Collaborate: Work across functional and product area boundaries to bring the best of Adobe to the customer. Create and share knowledge to scale expertise across the AEM community both internally and externally.
    • Code: This is a hands-on product development role.
    • Promote our solutions and guide customers to success while also building software, solving sophisticated customer problems, and making our solutions as bullet-proof and as self-service as possible.

    What You Bring

    • Engineering Technical Depth : Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field along with 15+ years of proven hands-on experience.
    • AEM Expertise: Confirmed expertise in architecting and delivering sophisticated Adobe Experience Cloud implementations for enterprise customers, with specific experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, including Edge Delivery Services.
    • AI Focus: Strong experience with AI experimentation and solutions.
    • Customer Centricity: Passion for ensuring outstanding customer experiences and a focus on excellence and simplicity.
    • Innovative Approach: Proven innovation mentality and track record of driving creative solutions to increase customer success and value realization. Ability to spot industry trends and evaluate complementary technologies, combined with the flexibility to incorporate external innovations into Adobe’s products.
    • Executive Presence: Ability to communicate technical and business concepts to audiences of varying levels of experience, background, and seniority. Consistent success influencing executive partners to drive strategy & alignment.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $133,900 -- $242,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
