    Senior AI / Python Solutions Engineer Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months (Long-Term) Experience: 8+ Years Interview: Virtual + In-Person Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S.

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI / Python Solutions Engineer to build scalable, production-grade AI applications using modern Python technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing AI solutions, developing intelligent agents, integrating enterprise APIs, and deploying conversational AI applications in production environments.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications using Python.
    • Build scalable AI services leveraging Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs.
    • Develop intelligent multi-agent and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication solutions.
    • Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using vector databases.
    • Build AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI platforms.
    • Develop dynamic form-based applications for intelligent user interactions.
    • Design and consume RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.
    • Integrate enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services.
    • Design scalable backend services and microservices architecture.
    • Optimize application performance using Redis caching.
    • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
    • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and production ready.

    Required Qualifications

    • 8+ years of software development experience.
    • 5+ years of hands-on Python development.
    • 3+ years of AI / Machine Learning development.
    • Strong experience building production-grade AI applications.
    • Experience designing distributed AI systems and microservices.
    • Experience integrating enterprise APIs and third-party platforms.
    • Hands-on experience with vector databases and semantic search.
    • Strong understanding of cloud-native application development.
    • Experience deploying scalable backend services.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Agentic AI architectures.
    • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
    • Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
    • Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
    • Experience with enterprise AI platforms and LLM integrations.
    • Knowledge of AI security, observability, and performance optimization.
