Job Summary:

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Senior AV & Home Automation Project Manager to lead luxury smart home installations from start to finish. This hybrid role blends technical leadership, project oversight, and client interaction. You’ll collaborate with Sales Engineers, Designers, and Install Teams to ensure each project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact between the Sales Engineer, Project Coordinator, and client to ensure smooth handoffs and execution.

Develop and implement custom control system programming using platforms such as Control4, Crestron, and Savant.

Oversee all project phases—from prewire to commissioning—with strict adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Conduct inspections and quality checks at critical project stages.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide prompt resolutions.

Communicate daily project updates and changes with internal and external teams.

Coordinate efforts between clients, contractors, designers, and installation teams.

Provide training and support to clients post-installation.

Maintain accurate project documentation and job site communication.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

2+ years of AV/smart home installation or project coordination experience.

Background in construction, carpentry, or general labor is a plus.

Experience with Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar systems (certifications preferred).

Strong technical, troubleshooting, and programming skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).

Professional demeanor in high-end client settings.

Willing to travel to job sites as needed.
