    Location: On-site (5 days/week) – Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC
    We’re representing a confidential client in partnership with a high-growth, VC-backed startup.

    We’ve partnered with one of the most promising companies in the creator economy to identify a top-performing Senior Account Executive who’s passionate about shaping the future of digital advertising.

    Our client—founded by veterans from Spotify, AWS, and Cameo—has built a platform that makes it as easy for brands to buy creator integrations as it is to launch campaigns on Meta or Google. With major partnerships already in place (think DoorDash, Warby Parker, HelloFresh), they’ve recently secured a fresh Series A led by one of Silicon Valley’s most respected VC firms—and they’re now scaling fast.

    This role is based full-time in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (in-office, 5 days/week) and offers high visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to close game-changing deals in a space that’s rewriting the rules of media buying.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Own the full sales cycle—outbound prospecting, deal strategy, negotiation, and close

    • Sell directly to performance marketers, brand advertisers, and media buyers (not just through agencies)

    • Partner cross-functionally with the executive, creator, and product teams to shape go-to-market strategy

    • Educate buyers on why creator-driven, AI-powered media is the next frontier of programmatic

    What We’re Looking For

    • 8–15 years in digital media sales, ideally with a focus on programmatic, DSPs, or performance advertising

    • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota, with clear examples of recognition and upward mobility

    • Strong experience selling into innovative, fast-moving orgs (startups or high-growth teams inside scaled orgs)

    • Comfortable managing six-figure ACVs and complex deal cycles

    • Polished, articulate, and genuinely excited by the space—this isn’t just another sales job

    • Must be able to work on-site 5 days/week in NYC (Williamsburg)

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $140,000–$160,000

    • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000–$320,000+(uncapped)
