    Location: Northeast US
    Territory: Banking & Insurance
    Compensation: Approximately $175K base / $350K OTE
    Level: Senior Enterprise Sales

    The Opportunity

We are recruiting a senior Financial Services Account Executive for an established enterprise technology company helping major banks, insurers, and other financial institutions modernize how they securely exchange financial information with customers, partners, and counterparties.

This is a specialist sales role for someone who already knows the financial services ecosystem.

The mandate is straightforward: build relationships, open new accounts, expand within existing enterprise relationships, and sell complex financial services and integration solutions into banking and insurance organizations across the Northeast.

This is not a role for someone looking to learn Financial Services from scratch. The strongest candidate will arrive with deep domain knowledge, an established network, and the credibility to carry meaningful conversations with senior banking and insurance stakeholders.

    What You’ll Sell

The portfolio addresses complex financial services workflows and transformation initiatives spanning areas such as:

    • Treasury Management
    • Payments and Payments Modernization
    • Cash Management
    • Corporate-to-Bank Connectivity
    • Financial Messaging and Integration
    • Commercial Lending
    • Retail Deposits and Lending
    • Capital Markets
    • Trade Finance
    • Banking Analytics
    • Policy Management
    • Claims Management
    • Reinsurance
    • B2B and Enterprise Integration

Treasury and Payments experience will be particularly valuable.

    What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for developing the Financial Services territory across the Northeast, with a particular focus on banking and insurance.

    Your mandate includes:

    • Opening doors within new strategic Financial Services accounts
    • Penetrating organizations that do not currently use the Financial Services portfolio
    • Expanding opportunities within selected existing enterprise customers
    • Building relationships with senior Financial Services stakeholders
    • Developing and progressing complex enterprise opportunities
    • Translating banking and insurance business challenges into compelling technology conversations
    • Getting into the field, meeting customers, and building relationships face-to-face
    • Operating as a Financial Services subject matter expert within the broader sales organization

This is a role for someone who creates opportunities rather than waits for them.

    What We’re Looking For

The key requirement is a strong track record selling into banks and/or insurance companies.

    You should bring:

    • Significant enterprise sales experience within Financial Services
    • Deep familiarity with banking and/or insurance organizations
    • Existing relationships and a meaningful network within the Financial Services ecosystem
    • Experience opening new enterprise accounts
    • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
    • Strong Financial Services domain knowledge
    • Credibility discussing business transformation with sophisticated customers
    • High energy and a willingness to spend meaningful time in the field with customers
    • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to absorb new technical and industry information quickly
    • A professional, consultative approach to customer relationships

Particularly relevant backgrounds include enterprise technology sales involving Treasury, Payments, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Financial Integration, SWIFT, Financial Messaging, or related banking infrastructure.

    Why This Role

You will be joining a global Financial Services organization working on problems at the intersection of financial infrastructure, integration, connectivity, and digital transformation.

The opportunity combines an established enterprise platform with a mandate to create new business. For someone with the right Financial Services network, domain credibility, and new-logo mentality, there is significant room to build.

The question is less whether you can manage a territory and more: Can you walk into a major bank or insurer, understand the problem, earn credibility quickly, and create an opportunity where one did not exist before?

If so, this is worth a conversation.
