Senior Account Executive - Hospice Care
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and other referral partners to drive growth and ensure that patients and families receive the care they need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to build relationships with referral partners and drive business growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical and operational staff, to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to referral partners and patients/families
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of the hospice care landscape and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
