    The Opportunity

    As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle and be trusted to hunt, demo, close, and grow accounts. This role is built for experienced sellers who want momentum, autonomy, and a clear path to leadership.

    Top performers can move into Team Lead, Major Accounts, or Enterprise roles within 12–24 months.

    What You’ll Do

    Drive new revenue through high-volume outbound sales

    Run discovery calls, demos, and close deals daily

    Sell SaaS subscriptions, memberships, and takeoff solutions

    Build a strong pipeline and manage it in CRM

    Sell value, ROI, and real business outcomes

    Partner with leadership on larger opportunities

    7–10 years of inside SaaS sales experience

    Comfortable with daily activity:

    ~70 outbound calls/day

    30–50 emails/follow-ups

    3–4 demos per day

    Compensation & Growth

    $80,000 to $90,000+ OTE @ Year 1 (Base + Commission/Activity)
