    Salary: ~$150,000

    Reports To: EVP, Key Art

    Overview:

A premier entertainment creative agency is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Senior Account Executive to join its growing Key Art department. This is a supportive, client-facing role working directly under the EVP, Key Art, helping manage a busy and growing slate of high-profile entertainment clients including Disney, Amazon, Netflix, and Tubi.

The ideal candidate brings a solid background in print/key art production, strong client management skills, and the confidence to step in, anticipate needs, and make leadership’s day-to-day easier. This is not a senior leadership role, but rather a high-impact position suited for a rising AE or AD who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and rolling up their sleeves.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as right-hand support to the EVP, managing day-to-day workflow, priorities, and client communications.

    • Oversee multiple client accounts with a focus on Key Art, including print, OOH, and digital deliverables.

    • Act as a liaison between internal creative/production teams and external stakeholders.

    • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with a high level of quality and service.

    • Proactively identify ways to improve workflows, remove bottlenecks, and streamline execution.

    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients; the ability to nurture and upsell existing accounts is a plus.

    • Participate in new business pitches, client meetings, and production check-ins as needed.

    Requirements:

    • 5–8 years of relevant experience in account management within an entertainment, key art, or creative agency setting.

    • Strong working knowledge of print production, finishing, and digital art delivery across multiple platforms.

    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • A reputation for being organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.

    • Experience working with major entertainment clients is highly preferred.

    • While a personal client roster is not required, the ability to expand existing accounts is a bonus.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Someone with the confidence to take ownership and the humility to support others.

    • Not afraid to get hands-on, whether it’s QAing final files or clarifying feedback loops.

    • Has strong instincts for client satisfaction and can anticipate what will make internal and external partners’ lives easier.

    • A team player with an eye for detail and a heart for creative problem-solving.
