    Overview of Position:

    Scope Technologies, Inc., located in downtown Denver, CO, is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. We just moved our corporate HQ to the hottest high-rise tech hub in downtown Denver with onsite parking included.

    With thousands of customers and strategic partnerships, we're changing how Contractors, Manufacturers, Distributors, and Property & Casualty companies create field-building measurements, blueprint takeoffs, estimates, and material purchase orders.

    We integrate building envelope imagery with our proprietary software to create a building envelope measurement report or blueprint. Our SaaS, ProDocs, allows our clients to convert the metadata from our measurements directly into an estimate and material purchase order.

    We are a debt-free, profitable software company leading innovation in the ConstructionTech & PropertyTech industry. We are currently evaluating financial partnerships to prepare for significant growth, new disruptive product launches, all in preparation for an IPO or strategic acquisition within the next thirty-six to sixty months.

    We hire experienced, passionate Sales Closers to sell our disruptive technology to companies who want to run their businesses more efficiently.

    We are looking for representatives that want to grow into a selling SMB Team Leader position, Major Account Executive, Major Account Manager, or Affiliate Account Manager within twelve - twenty-four months.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Your primary focus will be on customer acquisition by contacting prospects by telephone to sell our Take Off reports, Monthly Memberships, SaaS, and becoming a trusted business advisor to your customer.

    You will be responsible for outbound calls to potential customers, falling upon real-time leads, working within our CRM to track all your activity, closing sales of our monthly memberships, and managing a growing client base.

    You'll present our suite of products using various techniques to show our product suite's Use Cases and ROI.

    Prepare daily and weekly analysis on call volume, closing percentages, sales, account management metrics, and sales forecasts.

    Work with our customer service representatives and account managers to help create an excellent customer experience for our clients. Hunt, Qualify, Close & Manage Large Sales Opportunities: Analyze sales opportunities to determine if an opportunity exists; ensure sales management is engaged with the larger national opportunities.

    Leverage your technology tools to maximize your performance including, but not limited to SaaS CRM, Online Calling Platform, Gong! (AI Sales Tool), Calendly, Google Enterprise Suite, and internal proprietary tools.

    Candidate Requirements:

    7-10 years of work experience in an inside sales role where you hunted, managed, and closed a new book of business every month while ranking in the top ten percent of all your peers.

    You are excellent in every phase of your work life. You're dependable, hard-working, focused, determined, and accountable.

    You're collaborative yet competitive. You have solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and account management skills.

    You have a proven track record of building a continuous new business book while creating revenue during an extended onboarding time.

    You're prepared to play a key role within a growth start-up organization selling disruptive technology to help our organization grow in a meaningful way.

    This position will ideally transition into a senior sales, enterprise, or a major account management role within 1-3 years of proven sales and customer retention numbers.

    You are a Sales Closer that loves to Win! – You know how to work hard, practice, and challenge yourself to colossal success. It's about breaking personal records month over month.

    Not afraid to make the daily activity of a minimum of 70 Outbound Dials, Daily Lead Follow-Up, 30-50 prospect emails & follow-ups, and schedule and close 3-4 demos per day.

    Compensation:

    Base Salary, Monthly Activity Bonus, & Monthly Sales Commissions

    Starting at $80,000.00 OTE, First Year at Plan and up from there depending on experience and book of business

    Unlimited No-Cap Commissions
