Term: Full-time / Direct hire
Location: 5 days onsite in San Diego, with occasional travel
Compensation: base pay up to 120k, OTE $200K + benefits
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with executive decision-makers in pharma, biotech, and life sciences
- Partner with leadership to develop sales strategy and expand market share
- Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes
- Serve as a mentor and model for the sales team, influencing best practices and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in pharma, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industries
- 5+ years managing complex, six-figure+ sales cycles with enterprise clients
- 3+ years experience selling SaaS + hardware combinations, or monitoring/visibility solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding quota
- Exceptional communication, influence, and consultative sales skills
