    About the Role

    We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic, service-driven team. This is a remote position available to candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones, with occasional travel or collaboration tied to our Longwood, Florida office.

    In this client-facing role, you’ll manage a high-volume book of medium to large commercial accounts, supporting complex service needs and delivering tailored risk solutions across key industries including general construction, non-profits, real estate, and manufacturing.

    What You’ll Do

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for large and national accounts

    • Handle all aspects of account servicing, renewals, endorsements, and policy administration

    • Collaborate with producers and carriers to provide strategic solutions and maintain strong client relationships

    • Analyze risk exposures and coverage needs to ensure optimal placement and protection

    • Stay on top of industry trends and market shifts relevant to your assigned sectors

    • Utilize your expertise to guide clients through claims, audits, and risk mitigation strategies

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, preferably with large or complex accounts

    • Deep knowledge of commercial insurance markets, coverages, and carrier relationships

    • A current Florida 2-20 license or equivalent (required)

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts efficiently

    • Excellent communication and client service skills

    • Familiarity with a range of industries including construction, real estate, nonprofits, and manufacturing is a plus
