We are seeking a driven and dynamic Major Account Executive to join our team and focus on acquiring and ramping up the largest contractors across North America. This is a ground-floor opportunity with immense potential for the right candidate.

    Job Summary: As a Major Account Executive focused on new sales, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business with large contractors across a multi-state territory. This is a high-energy, high-activity role that demands exceptional business acumen, a solutions-focused sales approach, and a proven ability to hunt for and close new opportunities. You will leverage your skills to position Scope Technologies as the go-to provider for construction solutions, using ROI models to differentiate our offerings and demonstrate value.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Hunting and New Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new clients within the large contractor segment across North America. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the market and drive rapid client ramp-up.

    Multi-State Territory Management: Manage a large territory, prioritizing high-potential prospects and leveraging market insights to maximize sales opportunities.

    Inside Sales with Travel: Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, virtual meetings, and follow-ups. Travel as needed for trade shows, prospect interactions, networking events, and partner meetings.

    Solution Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that address their business challenges. Utilize ROI-based selling to create urgency and demonstrate the value of Scope Technologies’ offerings.

    Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver seamless client experiences and maximize revenue growth.

    Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position Scope Technologies’ solutions.

    Organized Sales Process: Maintain a disciplined and organized approach to the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring opportunities are consistently moved forward.

    Client Communication: Act as the trusted advisor, ensuring smooth client onboarding and maintaining effective communication throughout the sales and implementation process.

    Proactive Improvement: Continuously iterate and improve sales and service processes based on data and customer insights.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS or B2B sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

    Demonstrated success in hunting and closing new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

    Exceptional business acumen with a strong understanding of solution-based selling and value articulation.

    Experience prospecting and using ROI models to build and communicate value.

    High energy, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.

    Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a large territory effectively.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    Prior experience in construction technology or the construction industry is beneficial but not required.

    Willingness to travel as needed.

    Proven ability to adapt and succeed in a dynamic startup or growth-stage company environment.

    Compensation:

    Base Salary, Monthly Activity Bonus, & Monthly Sales Commissions

    Starting at $85K OTE First Year at Plan

    Unlimited No-Cap Commissions
