A rapidly growing, global manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their corporate accounting team. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Senior Accountant role is essential in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting month-end close activities. This is a key hire and company is looking to fill the role as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Conduct thorough account analysis to ensure financial integrity.
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets and financial statements.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Code AP invoices and AR transactions
• Process inventory transactions and adjustments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Proficiency in journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Public accounting background a plus, not required
• Strong Excel skills
